All products shipped to PanurgyOEM must have a SRA number. Please package appropriately.

Board Repair Pricing:

The board repair estimate fee is $65 (plus tax). This fee must be paid in advance and is non-refundable. This cost covers diagnostics only; it is not the total cost of the repair.

• If the board is determined to be beyond repair, a remanufactured board can be offered (prices and availability may vary).
• If the estimate is approved, the $65 charge will be applied to the repair of your unit.
• Return shipping is $15.

Hard Copy Form:
Please be sure to fill in all required fields in our web form to the left. Once the button is clicked, you will view a confirmation screen and be able to print a hard copy of the form. This form will include all of your information. Please review the information for accuracy, and make any changes on the printed form. For Out of Warranty customers, please be sure to write in your credit card information in the appropriate area on the form. Please follow all directions on the hard copy form and include it with your shipment.
