We are pleased to have grown our Denon support by adding Factory Service Repairs. We have years of experience with Denon products as a refurbishing center and as a satellite factory service location.
Repairs can be either shipped in for service or if you are local we do accept walk in repairs.
Panurgy requires that all products in/out of warranty have a SRA number before shipment to our facility.
We will follow the same procedures as Denon.
All warranty repairs need to be accompanied by a Proof of Purchase showing the unit is within the warranty period. It is the customers responsibility to ship (or drop off) the failed unit to our Rockaway Facility. Please be sure the product is packed appropriately and insured from any damage in transit; once repaired the item will be shipped back to you at our expense.
We will also perform out of warranty repairs at rates consistent with Denon. It is the customers responsibility for round-trip shipping (or drop off) of the failed unit to our Rockaway Facility. Please be sure the product is packed appropriately and insured from any damage in transit.
For all INTERNATIONAL Shipments, customer is responsible for duties and taxes. If the wrong box is checked, package will be refused.
PREFERRED METHOD OF SHIPPING: FEDEX or UPS
Units that are sent in without contact information and are unclaimed for 90 days will be considered abandoned, and will be scrapped.

Please note we may need to repack unit for safe return shipping.
