Denon Factory Service Repairs

Since its' inception in 1984 PanurgyOEM has been supporting the nations finest electronic manufacturers. Our Manufacturer trained technical staff is educated to replicate the same repair processes found in our partners overseas factories. PanurgyOEM is ISO9001:2008 certified and is committed to its' quality standards

We are pleased to have grown our Denon support by adding Factory Service Repairs. We have years of experience with Denon products as a refurbishing center and as a satellite factory service location.

Repairs can be either shipped in for service or if you are local we do accept walk in repairs.

Panurgy requires that all products in/out of warranty have a SRA number before shipment to our facility. Please click here and fill out the on-line form.

We will follow the same procedures as Denon.

All warranty repairs need to be accompanied by a Proof of Purchase showing the unit is within the warranty period. It is the customers responsibility to ship (or drop off) the failed unit to our Rockaway Facility. Please be sure the product is packed appropriately and insured from any damage in transit; once repaired the item will be shipped back to you at our expense.

We will also perform out of warranty repairs at rates consistent with Denon. It is the customers responsibility for round-trip shipping (or drop off) of the failed unit to our Rockaway Facility. Please be sure the product is packed appropriately and insured from any damage in transit
